About Us

About Our League
Who We Are?
Established in 1982, Rapid City Midget Football Association is Rapid City's original youth, tackle football program.
In 2023, the league was rebranded as Rapid City Junior Football to have a name that is easier to identify with our mission and player age group. We are a not-for-profit organization offering flag and tackle football programs for players in 1st - 6th grades. From our inception, our purpose continues to be to develop and teach the basic fundamentals and rules of the game of football, sportsmanship conduct, fair play, competitive spirit, and physical fitness.
It’s an experience that connects generations. With every season, we continue to grow stronger, inspire new talent, and create lasting memories for our community.
